Dr. Beth Warren graduated salutatorian from Hugh M. Cummings High School in Burlington, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Johnson Scholar, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree. She continued her education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, where she was chosen to be a Student Ambassador and then inducted into Beta Sigma Kappa, the national optometric honor society. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree and a Doctorate in Optometry in 1996, she joined her family in King.

Dr. Craig Warren (1950 - 2008) graduated from Walter M. Williams High School in Burlington, NC. He graduated from Appalachian State University and continued his education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He graduated in 1977 with a Doctorate in Optometry and began practicing in King, NC. He also successfully began a satellite practice in Dobson, which was later sold to his brother, Dr. Terry Warren.
