– Office Manager
Cindy is responsible for accounting and many other business
aspects of our practice. She also oversees both the optical
and the contact lens departments, and provides valuable
support to every area of the office.

Teresa Bennett
– Receptionist
Teresa is usually the first person to greet you with a smile
and the last to tell you goodbye. She manages the front desk -
checking patients in and out, answering phones, and making
appointments. She can help answer your questions about your
visit to our office.

Rosemary Warren
– Insurance
Talk to Rosemary if you have questions about your insurance.
She does all the billing to the insurance companies, and
provides assistance at the front desk.

Carolyn Edwards
– Optical
Carolyn is our licensed optician. She is an expert in frame
and lens selections. She can help you choose the eyewear that
fits your face and your visual needs perfectly.

Brandy Fulk and Phyllis Parsons - Pretesting and Contact
Lenses
Brandy and Phyllis, our pre-testers, gather information
that is needed before the doctor sees you. They record your
medical, family and ocular history and visual acuities, and
measure depth perception, field of vision, eye pressure and
much more. They then prepare the exam room for your visit with
the doctor.
Both ladies can also answer your questions about contact
lenses and solutions. They instruct new contact lens wearers
on proper lens insertion, removal and care.
