About Us
Community Eye Associates is a caring, local optometric practice using state of the art equipment to serve King and the surrounding community. We are dedicated to providing thorough eye health examinations, treatment of eye diseases, and quality eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Craig Warren established his optometric practice in King in 1978, and soon after opened a satellite office in Dobson, N.C. After a few years, he was pleased to welcome his siblings into the profession. In 1984, his brother, Terry, began practicing in Dobson, and in 1996, his sister, Beth Warren, joined him in the King practice. Dr. Beth Warren and Dr. Terry Warren continue to provide excellent eye care to their patients in King and Dobson, respectively. Sadly, Dr. Craig Warren passed away in January 2008. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and many loyal patients. |
Dr. Beth Warren and the staff of Community Eye Associates know that choosing an eye care professional is an important decision. Please feel free to call or come by our office if you have any questions. New patients are always welcome and we accept most insurance plans.

Brandi Fulk and Phyllis Parsons - Pretesting & Contact Lenses
Brandy and Phyllis, our pre-testers, gather information that is needed before the doctor sees you. They record your medical, family and ocular history and visual acuities, and measure depth perception, field of vision, eye pressure and much more. They then prepare the exam room for your visit with the doctor.
Both ladies can also answer your questions about contact lenses and solutions. They instruct new contact lens wearers on proper lens insertion, removal and care. |
